The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Return Policy, and Cancellation Policies of sageorganik.com. Sage Organik – a unit of Sage11 hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations.

 

The user hereby agrees and understands that the product in the image may differ in color and size due to variations in photographic lighting, different color profiles installed on user monitor/computer, ipad/other tables, mobiles and other viewing devices. The actual size of the product may also differ from that in the image. The user agrees, and confirms that he understands these problems and undertakes to bear the risks associated with it. sageorganik.com shall not be under any liability to inform and / or refund money to the customer on account of difference in color and sizes due to the reasons mentioned in this clause. The customer waives all rights to claim on account of the reasons mentioned in this clause.

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.

 

  1. Severability:

 

If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

**Payment Gateways:**
   Inform us of the payment gateways your company supports, such as Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, or others.

**Shipment Details:**

 

We want to ensure our products reach in good shape and condition to our customers.

 

Kindly do note that we use renowned third party vendors for shipping our products worldwide. Once the courier is shipped, we shall share the tracking id.

 

While we do the best packaging possible, it is impossible to guarantee 0 damage during shipments as it entirely depends on how the shipping company handles the courier in transit.

 

Should you have any complaints, please reach out to feedback@sageorganik.com with 4 sides clear picture of the product, 4 sides clear picture of the outer carton/cover/ bag carrying the package clearly mentioning the order id within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

 

We shall try to help in the best way possible but refunds are not guaranteed on products damaged during shipment.

 

Once the order is placed, it is dispatched from Sage Organik within 1 to 3 working days in normal circumstances. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or any other events beyond our control.

We at Sage Organik have the highest quality standards and every product is inspected before shipping.

 

In the rare event, if a product is not as per your expectation then please contact feedback@sageorganik.com within 3 days post product delivery. We shall try to provide the best help possible.

 

Products with different batches can have variance in color, texture, taste and smell. Sage Organik makes natural products and every batch can have variations. The quality of the product and the ingredients are however the same as mentioned on the product. Sage Organik does not compromise on the product quality and ensures the highest quality standards are followed. Sage Organik will be unable to accept return or refund on factors like color, texture, taste and smell not meeting the expectations.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Orders once placed through sageorganik.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through sageorganik.com
